Cancellation Policy
• A $6–$40 non-refundable deposit (depending on the service) and a card on file are required to book any appointment.
• Your deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment.
• If you need to reschedule, a new $15 non-refundable deposit is required each time to secure your new appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and all no-shows will forfeit their deposit.
• No-call, no-show clients will not be allowed to rebook.
• Clients may have a maximum of 2 future appointments booked at one time.
